Konstantina (Connie) Dernikos (Xiarhos), 69, born May 23rd, 1951 unexpectedly passed away at home on March 30th, 2021. She was born in Kollines, Greece and moved to Providence, RIas a child. She was the daughter of George and Vasiliki Xiarhos(Marneri). For over thirty years, she ran, owned, and operatedConnie & Nikki’s restaurant of Pawtucket, RI. She loved anything Coca-Cola and her favorite color was red. She was the beloved mother to Helen Dernikos and Bessie Dernikos. She leaves behind her granddaughters Nicholetta Dernikos, Hope Dernikos, and Alexis Dernikos. She also leaves behind her sister Maria Vlahos of Fall River, MA; she was the sister to the late Christos Xiarhos, Sotirios Xiarhos , Anastasia LeClair(Xiarhos), Christoforos Xiarhos (her twin brother), and Arthur Xiarhos. A private service with family will be held at North Burial Ground in Providence.
